JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Sales (CSS) Rep role is a great opportunity for someone with limited experience who is interested in learning more about how a forklift dealership operates to join one of the fastest growing, most dynamic companies in the material handling industry.

This is a great entry level role with significant upside, both financially and as it relates to growth in your career.

ROLE

The core mission of the Customer Service Sales role is to continue to grow the service and parts (for forklifts, people movers, telehandlers, etc.) revenue in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. To do this you will need to be disciplined in how you:

  • Maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts by developing a regular cadence to touchbase (calls, emails, site visits)
  • Find new ways to increase revenue at existing accounts
  • Prospect (calls, emails and targeted marketing) to develop new accounts

This role includes:

  • Salary + commission + bonus (based on sales levels achieved)

  • Computer, phone and related equipment

Because you will be going out to customer sites, this role has a travel component (50-75% of time). There is no overnight travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

  • #1 - Driving service and parts revenue in New Hampshire and Massachusetts
  • Working with service team (parts managers, technicians, etc.) to develop estimates and quotes for service work
  • Increasing service revenue from existing customers
  • Finding and closing new customers to drive additional revenue
  • Ensuring that service orders are invoiced timely and all customer issues are solved in an efficient, friendly manner

EXPECTATIONS

  • Comfortable with technology (ERP platform, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and CRM)
  • Sense of urgency
  • Properly log and document opportunities, orders and preventative maintenance contracts
  • Hungry to drive revenue gains (increased revenue translates directly to increased compensation for the sales rep)
