We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative – Staples Support to assist customers with iPostal1 software and provide information to resolve issues or answer questions.

There will be a paid two-week training in our Rockland County, N.Y.

This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
• Act as a liaison between customers and Staples stores
• Ability to handle and de-escalate customer and Staples stores situations
• Ability to prioritize your workload and manage time effectively
• Identify the type of assistance needed by customers/store in order to achieve satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with Staples and iPostal1 team members via our email, chat, and phone software
• Ascertain level of assistance needed to resolve inquiry and escalate when appropriate
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues of software
• Additional duties as assigned/needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in customer-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to handle escalated issues and multiple projects simultaneously
