DEPARTMENT: Youth & Family Enrichment
JOB SUMMARY: Provide administrative support for the Don Hatch Youth Center front desk. Greet visitors, answer and return phone calls, take thorough messages responding in a timely manner. Assist with a maintaining efficient records, system management and incident report files. Maintain office area to ensure it is presentable for guests at all times and assist with special projects.
COMPENSATION:
$17.09 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. *Will allow six (6) months from start date to obtain.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Six (6) months experience in customer service
- Six (6) months experience working with computers and office programs
- Six (6) months experience managing a multiple phone line
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- CPR/First Aid certificate. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment *Will allow six (6) months from start date to obtain.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Part-Time position.
