Our customer service department is the hub between the clients, sales staff, production staff and company leadership. It must maintain a high level of support to a number of different departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Being first point of customer service contact via telephone, email and in-store customer visits
  • Making copies, sending FAX’s and executing general front counter customer requests via e-mail, telephone & in store customer visits
  • Performing daily order processing for assigned customers
  • Taking quote/order requests for printing projects via e-mail, telephone & in person
  • With assistance of Customer Service Supervisor, interpreting customer requests and providing solutions to problems as they arise
  • Working with Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that projects are finished on time
  • Creating quote and work order documents per company guidelines in the required time standards of output
  • Performing invoicing process and all other required record keeping functions per company guidelines
  • Utilizing Printers Plan, File Exchange, Send A File, SSW Intranet, InterlinkOne, MyDocs and other company resources per company guidelines.
  • Making use of all necessary machines required to perform the CSR duties
  • Working with outside vendors per company policy as required to perform quote and work order creation
  • Supporting sales team by establishing and cultivating client relationships
  • Working with Customer Service Supervisor to assist in attaining department objectives.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· 2 or more years in a customer service setting or department in the graphic arts industry - digital print and large format (signage) production preferred

· Proficiency in standard business computer applications, such as: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience with Printer's Plan (or like) print estimating software a big plus
