JOB SUMMARY:

Receives (by telephone, fax or email) requests for quotes, scheduling, and lead times from our customers. Assist customers with questions, send quotes, and relay pertinent order information back to customers as needed. Coordinate with the operations team in handling customer logistics, scheduling and providing superior service. This is a full-time position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Answering phones, taking orders, inputting orders into dispatch system
• Receives telephone requests for price quotations, scheduling, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.
• Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
• Some billing within our ERP system may be required
• Maintains files of active jobs and posts activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, and credit changes.
• Working in our back office systems to set up accounts
• Develop and maintain team-orientation with other co-workers.
• Follow up on estimates and cleanings already performed
• Have a great personality and smile when talking on the phone.
