The Inside Sales Center Agent is focused primarily on reaching out to potential prospects in our database to schedule a consultation with a Renewal by Andersen Design Consultant.

Please Note: This job sits in our Orlando office. While this job is an in-office position, you will feel more than comfortable in our newly renovated office with an amazing team by your side.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Hourly pay $15-$17 per hour + weekly performance bonus. Our agents earn on average $1,000 per week including bonus.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Making outbound calls following up on homeowners' inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Taking inbound calls for customer service-related questions and marketing leads
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Handling an average of 150 calls per day

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in phone-based or face-to-face customer service or sales
• Must be able to reliably commute to our office for scheduled shifts
• Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
• Inbound and outbound calling
• Collections experience a plus
