JOB SUMMARY

We offer industry-leading, on the job training that will prepare you to engage with customers while you learn all about our online entertainment industry insurance products. Your job is to offer superior customer service and support through phone and email to clients who have questions or need assistance with purchasing one of our unique insurance products.

You’re the voice of the company, and a successful relationship with our clients starts with you. These inbound phone calls can range from taking an online payment to helping the client purchase insurance on our online platform. No matter what, your goal remains the same: help customers by making the insurance buying process easy.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

On a typical day you will:

· Answer inbound calls and return calls to assist customers with insurance related questions and applications.

· Provide outstanding customer service by phone and email.

· Provide technical support to clients on the use of our company websites.

· Maintain client files using our agency management system.

· And other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for excellent customer service, the ability to function well in a team setting or on an individual basis, effective time-management and organizational skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time in office position.

Minimum Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

· Bilingual language skills a plus

· Typing speed of 50+ wpm

· Strong computer skill set including MS Office, internet research and social media experience
