Job overview:
Omada Health is seeking a new member of the Client Technical Solutions team to facilitate technical integrations with Omada’s customers and partners. The CTS team supports both customer-facing and engineering teams with product prioritization and strategy to help Omada improve its systems as well as technical planning for individual integrations.

The team’s primary goal is to improve Omada's ability to onboard and support customers and strategic alliance partners. A member of the CTS team is an expert in Omada's internal systems and works with customer-facing teams to guide customers through those systems and problem solve through challenges. Leveraging their creative vision, the CTS team can work directly with business partners to strategically enable the product and build out internal and external integration strategies at scale. The team pays attention to both external and internal needs so that they can work with commercial, support, compliance, operations, product, and engineering teams to improve Omada's systems and processes.

To achieve the above goal, the Client Technical Solutions TPM will be responsible for educating internal teams about Omada’s business systems, helping determine the specific requirements of integrations, keeping stakeholders updated regarding technical timelines, and working closely with Omada’s product and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions.

Your impact:
Work with engineering groups at Omada to understand and evolve how our internal software interfaces with clients and supports strategic initiatives as they relate to implementation and growth

Develop a deep understanding of our technical capabilities and advise on feasibility and cost of requests internally and externally

Meet with client-facing teams and business partners to provide technical direction and strategy

Act as subject matter expert on Omada’s business systems and advise internal teams on best ways to meet operational goals given system capabilities

Identify system limitations and blockers to scale and partner with internal teams to develop and implement solutions

Own planning, tracking, and documentation to ensure the timeliness, effectiveness, and overall success of your internal and client-facing projects

Track technical progress of integration between Omada’s and our clients’ systems

Maintain good judgment regarding promises made to clients and internal stakeholders

Oversee and project manage client development and oversee the overall technical health of existing client integrations

Support internal teams by providing guidance and problem solving for internal issues
