Primary Job Objective:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is direct interaction with customers to address open items, resolve issues, quote existing and new products, and ultimately grow accounts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee all incoming customer inquiries and complete all daily sales administration activities
• Project and job quoting including evaluating jobs out for bid, developing costing and pricing, and soliciting quotes to all customers
• Review and administer customer orders and requirements; follow up with internal and external customers
• Verify and update pricing for existing products
• Take phone calls from customers
• Communicate internally important feedback from customers
• Deal with and respond to high volumes of email
• Work with sales team to manage and maintain relationships with customers
• Conduct customer surveys to ensure satisfaction with products and service
• Alert sales team to opportunities for further sales; Pass leads to sales team
• Achieve KPIs set by Management
• Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by customer
• Monitor service levels
• Act as liaison with internal departments (production, engineering, scheduling, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met
• Create rapport with customers and coworkers

Position Requirements:

• High organization skills and ability to manage a large number of projects and customers at the same time
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to think strategically and possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Administrative or sales background
• Detail oriented
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
• Well versed in IT skills (Microsoft Office suite especially Word and Excel)
