Brand-Nu Laboratories, LLC. (BNL) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in parallel and as part of a team supporting our sale of ingredients for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and specialty chemical industries.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers by phone and e-mail.
• Entering customer orders into our order entry system, creating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of orders and shipment details
• Working with our sales staff
• Interacting with suppliers
• Expediting and addressing customer questions

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred – High School Diploma required
• Strong multitasking capability
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
