Customer Service & Project Manager Trainee

Parallax Digital Studios is a fast paced and rapidly growing display graphics and signage provider to retail, corporate, educational and sports marketing companies. We are a regional provider of design, environmental graphics, architectural signage and installation services throughout the Southeast. Our comprehensive manufacturing and print production services include a the most advanced technology and finishing processes along with professional installation and fulfillment services to compliment the most advanced marketing and communication program needs. Parallax works with fortune 500 companies as well as corporate facilities managers, branding, marketing professionals and national accounts throughout the U.S.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Project Manager Trainee.

Responsibilities Include:

• Train with a seasoned customer service professional to learn the graphics and signage industry.
• Learn to manage existing accounts: understand changing customer needs, work with sales support and credit departments to insure proper fulfillment of orders.
• Become proficient in industry software, and use these production tools to their full capability

Qualifications needed:

• Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers.
• Basic computer skills are necessary to manage assigned duties. These include, but are not limited to, the Windows environment, account management software, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Self-starter, Strong work ethic, reliable and self-reliant is a must to be successful in this position

Requirements:

• Applicant must live in the vicinity of Kennesaw, GA within a thirty-minute driving distance
• Applicant must have Reliable transportation
• Drug Free work environment
• Full Time position, Mon – Fri, 40-50 hours
