PingWind is seeking a qualified Customer Service Manager to support our Human Capital Service Center (HCSC) Contract.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Manager will establish policies and procedures that produce high quality customer service delivery and that reflect industry best practices. Ensure that systems are in place and are utilized to capture and report on service metrics, including any customer feedback or trends in product or service issues. Align customer service activities and initiatives to support and enhance the objectives of the organization. The Customer Service Manager will manage a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the subfunction and develop budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure. This Director will possess a deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Previous customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous help desk experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and report to top management officials
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Able to provide world-class customer service
- Ability to operate in high-stress environments
