Who are we looking for?

• Greeting cruise passengers before and after their cruise at the port and completing their check in process.
• Someone passionate about providing a high-level of service, friendly and with an outgoing demeanor.
• Dynamic & enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a diverse fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Knowledgeable and enjoys working with electronic devices.
• Able to workday shifts- Saturday, Sunday and holidays.(A MUST)
• Weekday hours also available
• Able to work both Manhattan & Brooklyn cruise terminals preferred.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass the Homeland Security background check in order to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
