ASAP start onsite role at Richmond site.
Temp to perm position,
Flex schedule from 8am-8pm, (Any time 8hrs shift) with training schedule 9am-6pm for 2-4 weeks.
Requirements for Customer Service I:
- 0-2+ years’ experience in service (i.e. retail/restaurant), call center experience a plus but not required
- Reliable, good attendance (must be flexible on schedule based on business needs)
- Able to multitask and be detailed oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner, as the worker will be interacting with other departments based on the questions/escalations received by internal/external client customers
Education required: High school diploma or GED o Entry level position, any management level candidates are overqualified
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
