Family Health Care of Siouxland's Indian Hills Clinic is looking for a full-time Customer Relations Representative to join their team!
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors. This position will serve as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.
SUPERVISOR: Clinic Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to provide quality customer services
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal abilities
- Able to operate basic business machines
- Independent thinker
- Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills Strive in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Desire medical terminology knowledge
- Word processing and computer experience
- Prefer one-year experience in a medical office setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Being bi-lingual is a highly preferred skill
