5 Star Car Rental, Inc. d/b/a Avis Rent-a-Car System Licensee serving Central North Dakota including Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, Harmon, Arnold, Baldwin, Menoken, New Salem, Wilton and Washburn areas is seeking individual(s) to join our Customer Experience Representative/Rental Sales Agent team at the Bismarck, ND Airport location.

As a Customer Experience Representative/Rental Sales Agent, you will work in an office type environment that is located within the Bismarck Airport. You will assist corporate and leisure customers from all over the world with their rental car needs to ensure a positive customer experience while promoting our additional products and services for each renter. Responsibilities:

• Effectively listen, identify and understand customer needs to provide an exceptional customer experience for our renters.
• Assist and guide customers through the vehicle rental process. Communicating rental terms & conditions, vehicle features and other services which include offering optional protection products, upgrades and other additional equipment.
• Communicate with all levels of staff members for inventory and vehicle needs.
• Answer incoming phone calls for reservations, rate quotes or general questions.
• Assist customers at the conclusion of their rental experience for complete satisfaction.
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems, maintenance or damage reported by customers or Emergency Roadside Assistance.
• Continually build knowledge, skills and pursue on the job training and development opportunities or company paid classroom training.

Qualifications :

• Reliable transportation to/from the Bismarck Airport.
• Must be able to perform data entry and computer entry tasks.
• Physically able to assist customers at the rental desk or parking lot, which will include standing or walking for extended periods of time.
• Professional and Friendly.
• Ability to work a flexible or varied schedule which may include nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License for two consecutive years. (Insurance purposes)
• Pre-employment background check & drug screening is required.
