We take pride in ensuring our customers are provided quality products, with a professional and positive customer service experience. This is an entry level position, with training available. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will:

Provide customers with solutions by providing a high level of service in a contact center/call center environment. Develop and retain relationships through listening and implementing a successful plan of action. The CSR resolves a wide variety of issues through customer education, thorough follow-up, and providing a positive customer experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, or similar. This is an on-site position requiring the employee to be present physically.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Resolve customer concerns in a quality-oriented way to produce a positive outcome either via telephone, through virtual chat, or a combination of the two
  • Accurately notate and record each customer interaction to ensure all accounts are updated
  • Handle complex requests with patience, professionalism, and empathy
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn customer loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge
  • Provide customer feedback to department for new product and resource development
  • Educate and assist customer base on company website, products, and services
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency, required
  • Intermediate computer knowledge, ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy
  • Effectively communicate orally and written in English with all members of the internal organization as well as external customers
  • This is an on-site position requiring the employee to be present physically

Preferred

  • Experience in high volume Call Center/Contact Center environment, preferred
  • Printing or Wide Format experience, preferred
  • Strong work history (longevity)
