About The Role:

  • As a Customer Experience Associate, you will create an exceptional experience for both brands and creators who interact with Lumanu. In this role, you will liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product/engineering, billing, operations, etc. to ensure that the Lumanu customer experience is enjoyable. Additionally, you will collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered for fun and innovative brands like Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, Reformation, and hundreds more.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide a warm and informative onboarding for brands new to Lumanu
  • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Respond to brand queries and provide troubleshooting assistance in a timely and effective manner, via email, social media, text, and chat
  • Create educational documentation to be shared with customers
  • Educate and upsell clients as needed
  • Document technical issues and share feedback with the product team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or a related field
  • Background in customer service, account management, or client success
  • Excel your career in a fast-paced startup
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with others to deliver top-notch experiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to bring clarity to complex challenges
  • Enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get stuff done and thinks strategically about how to improve processes and business results
  • Bonus: You have a background in payments at a payments company, online merchant or marketplace focused business
