What you will do: Work a set full-time (30 plus hours) or part-time (under 30 hours) schedule Monday through Friday only. We are closed on major holidays.

Provide exceptional support to our customers via phone and email. Learn and embody our unique way of communicating with customers. Help individuals with unique financial needs navigate importat life situations. Be a detective and problem solver who helps people resolve unique financial issues. Proudly represent our company that is known for providing top-notch customer support.

Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills: One year prior professional experience working in customer service or have personal or professional experience working with people with disabilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, customer service orientation. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.
