NCB is currently hiring Experienced Debt Recovery Specialist!
CUSTOMER CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers
- Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
- Meet expected Quality and Compliance standards
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers in various financial situations
- Ability to investigate to obtain contact information
CUSTOMER CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior collections experience
- Auto dialer experience
- Reliable transportation or access to public transportation
- Ability to negotiate
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidentiality is key
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingual is a PLUS
- Auto collectors/agents a PLUS
