Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred, but not required.

What will you do?
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to implement the Network and Brokerage mission, vision and values
- Oversee marketing and communication systems
- Learn, implement and teach Keller Williams and Xperience Brokerage Network technology and value programs.
- Develop and manage systems, checklists and procedures
- Implement the Agent and Leadership onboarding process
- Manage day to day front office operations
- Assist and provide support to the Executive Leadership Team
- Lead the Agent experience including answering questions, providing resources and facilitating events and opportunities
Knowledge/Skill
- Extraordinary people skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great at time management and organization
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in marketing including but not limited to; Social Media (facebook, instagram), Canva etc.
- Comfortability with and desire to learn new technologies and teach others
- Proactive, positive, solution based, results focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 per month
