We are looking for an experienced, energetic and detail-oriented Customer Care Advocate to join our team at the Kenosha, WI location. This is not your typical customer service or data entry role. As the CCA, your essential responsibilities will be to interpret and enter sales purchase orders and manage key accounts with stellar service and proactive communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with external and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and grow revenue! Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers- Provide pricing, availability, quotation, and order processing to customers and channel partners
- Interpret contract PO’s and specifications accurately to assist internal departments with projects
- Handle incoming calls, web and email queries for sales and pre-sales non-technical questions
- Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts
- Handle client complaints, concerns, and feedback
- Making proactive calls and maintaining a direct relationship with the customer base
- Ensure accuracy through good communication and continuous follow up

Core Competencies
Must be detail oriented- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing/office environment
- Strong communication skills via telephone and email required
- Exhibits a positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent listening ability required for effective sales communication
Education and Experience
2+ years of experience in a customer service or an inside sales role (preferably in manufacturing)- Experience in manufacturing, accounting or supply chain preferred
- Knowledge of the chemical or filtration industry is a plus
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
