We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our facilities. The external and internal appearance of a building reflects on the occupants. It is important for a custodian to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning, and tidying the premises.
Responsibilities
- Empty all garbage cans located inside and outside the premises.
- Deep clean specific rooms provided and public space incldued not limited to: Breakfast serving area, Kitchen, hallways, and public restrooms.
- Sanitize, Sweep, mop and Vacuum 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors
- Wipe mirrors and windows
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks etc.)
- Inspect rooms cleaned by houskeeping department
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a custodian or Janitor.
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Ability to perform the following: carrying, lifting pushing, and/or pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Mandatory Weekend Shift: 11 am 7 pm (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are a MUST).
Flexible Weekday Shifts Available: 11 am to 7 pm (choose any Monday to Thursday)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)
- Custodial: 2 years (Preferred)
