MetroEHS is a rapidly growing company and our phone lines could use your help! CSR will be working in-person at our administrative office and be on the phone for the majority of the day. Must be comfortable with taking approx. 100 calls a day. This CSR position will be great for someone with a service background (retail, food service, sales. Health care background is not required).

Job Description:

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is searching for a caring individual to work as a customer service representative at our administrative office in Plymouth! We strive to reveal the SUPER in every child and this position is vital to their success. As a Customer Service Representative with MetroEHS, you will be responsible for answering phones, processing intakes, scheduling evaluations, in addition to other administrative tasks.

This position entails being empathic with parents who have recently learned that their child has a diagnosis that requires therapy, thereby finding solutions to issues, addressing concerns, providing important information and transferring calls to the correct department. The customer service representative will be the first voice with whom our potential clients speak. Therefore, we need our Customer Service Representative to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience with the company and their child’s therapy services.
