Box Self-Storage is currently seeking a positive and professional customer service representative to join our growing team in Junction City/Manhattan, KS. This role would require time spent at both locations, so reliable transportation is a requirement. In this role, you'll be our customer's first point of contact; responsible for providing the best customer service experience.

Job Overview:

As a Box Self-Storage customer service representative, you will be running the show in store including:

• Managing accounts
• Maintaining the property
• Renting storage spaces
• Selling moving supplies
• Making collections calls
• And resolving any customer issues

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Self Storage/Retail experience a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Work up to 40 hours per week
• Some light cleaning
• Previous customer service or sales experience
• Ability to comfortably overcome objections
