This is a truly groundbreaking role, with the focus on owning the transition of the Global Talent function from current state to future state combining our Talent Management (Learning & Development functions), Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), and Workforce Experience. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader, with excellent communication and influencing skills. Someone who leads with passion with deep subject matter expertise gained within a Global Talent & Workforce Planning function and who has daring tendencies who can think strategic and at the same time get things done in a collaborative manner.
Crocs is in a period of rapid growth and success in this role will be measured by the ongoing development to a 'Globally consistent and locally relevant' Talent Strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop a robust and cohesive global Talent Management strategy; identification, retention, development and mobility
- Clearly identify global learning priorities that will underpin the business strategy and the design of relevant, effective and efficient learning tools, academies and programs to build current and future capabilities
- Embedded global talent processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and career development so that the concepts and purpose are well understood and consistently implemented globally.
- Further development of our global development curriculum and Career framework delivering inspirational learning & career opportunities for all, including outside workforce
- Strengthen a culture in which all employees are encouraged to take ownership for and drive their own career through giving them the tools, mentorship, and support to understand their role and responsibility
- Further development of our key talent to ensure we continue to pipeline Future Skills for our business.
- Be responsible for the development of our Early Career Programs
- Further development of our Leadership and Management Development agenda
- Lead our internal communications and workforce experience department to continue to cultivate the Crocs culture
- Own the continued evolution of Workforce Planning by providing mentorship and consultation to key partners on all matters related to workforce planning
- Partner closely with finance on all matters related to headcount management and reporting. Ensure regular, ongoing access to HC and workforce trends and handle special projects as needed
- Integrate SWP efforts with other key business processes, such as Multi-Year Planning and Talent Reviews/Planning
- Continue to mature workforce plans beyond headcount management to build a comprehensive view of current talent and future talent needs
- Partner with crucial team members within and outside of HR to use workforce data to support business initiatives (e.g., facilities for real estate planning, finance for budget planning, talent acquisition for capacity planning, etc.)
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 10+ years' experience in Talent Development and Workforce Planning for a large global/ multinational organization
