Job Summary: The CRM Business Analyst is a part of the Customer Relationship Marketing team that is focused on improving existing CRM marketing touch points and developing new opportunities that drive customer engagement. The position uses knowledge of data analysis and marketing to deliver program performance data and insights to internal business units to drive strategic marketing and communication decisions. The position also partners with internal stakeholders to coordinate and develop new project requests.
Scope of Responsibility: Critical member of a marketing team responsible for supporting, configuring, testing and maintaining the enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function for Sears Home Services
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Works with multiple business stakeholders to review the challenges and opportunities for CRM and recommends data-driven options and solutions to increase customer engagement.
- Using analysis tools, leverages large data sets to derive insights and reporting and recommends marketing options for customer acquisition, retention, personalization and loyalty strategies.
- Creates complex and ad-hoc CRM project plans and/or campaigns and manages the execution of the project from inception to completion in a timely manner.
- Determines project KPIs and delivers consumer-focused measurement analysis and reporting to provide a comprehensive real-time view of progress.
- Performs analyses to identify and recommend innovative options to the business.
- Develops test plans, campaign reporting, and custom analyses.
- Identifies, selects and manages programmatic email campaign data for behavioral, time & events, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Creates and builds comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly reporting of CRM performance and develops dashboards to “read and react” on business performance.
- Keeps marketing department team members up-to-date on stakeholder business goals and objectives and collaborates with cross-functional teams on initiatives, projects and offers.
- Collaborates with business and marketing leaders to enhance the 360 view of the customer to increase engagement and conversion.
- Develops framework for CRM test and learn initiatives that establish best-practices and expand opportunities.
- Collaborates with marketing leaders and finance to ensure budgeting and forecasting deadlines are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements : Education Experience: Bachelor's Level Degree
Years of Related Experience: 3-4 Years
Age Requirement: 18+
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years experience supporting CRM and personalization strategies.
- Advanced SQL skills required
- Experience in Tableau or similar visualization tool, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience with Oracle Responsys or other campaign management tools.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
- Ability to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure delivery of a team-driven end product that leads to a top-notch user experience.
- Ability to support teams to deliver high quality work consistently and on time.
- Attention to detail, while also considering the big picture.
- Proactive, independent and always looking for ways to take initiative to improve
