Fine Residential Gardening--Crew Leader
We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader. If you have a passion for plants, gardens, irrigation, lighting, landscape design or the like, consider joining the Rock & Rose Landscapes fine residential gardening team, where you can apply your knowledge and continue to learn and grow a rewarding career in fine residential gardening, design, or other horticulture related fields.

We design, build, and provide care for fine gardens throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. We are always interested in engaging gardeners of all levels, however this opening is for an experienced gardener/crew leader looking for an opportunity to join a successful and well established team.

This role requires in-depth horticultural knowledge, technical and time management skills, customer service abilities, teamwork, willingness and capacity to learn and grow.

Successful candidates should have advanced to expert knowledge and expressed capacity for the following:

• Plant identification
• Pruning techniques
• General plant care and fertilizer use
• Turf management
• Irrigation knowledge and experience
• Tool use and maintenance
• Power equipment operation
• This is a full-time position 4 days week, 10 hours per day.

All applicants must have a valid California Drivers License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
