Crew Foreman Job at Sisson Contracting, Inc.
Foreman, Experience managing a crew of 4-6, specializing in Sewer mains, H20 Mains, Structures, Lifts, Manholes, Drainage.
Duties:
- Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew, ensure all company employees are adhering to company safety policies and guidelines.
- Tracking of daily log sheets, time sheets and other job related paperwork.
- Communicate with onsite general contractor's, inspectors, superintendents, and project managers.
- Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for use.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate onsite work crew.
- Operate construction equipment as required.
- Have the ability to effectively follow through on verbal and written instructions.
- Motivated to independently solve problems and seek opportunities to improve operations.
- Must be able to communicate with company and inspection staff in a professional.
- Clean Drivers License.
40+ Hours a week.
