What You’ll Do:
The scope of the Credit Analyst encompasses providing credit review to all transactions not requiring financial statements. The Credit Analyst serves as a resource for the Credit Manager and works closely with the Business Development and Closing Teams. This position serves customers by ensuring the process of providing timely and appropriate responses to customer applications.

What You’ll Do:

General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review credit applications and supporting documents submitted by the Business Development team and approved dealers/brokers
- Analyze applicant credit history and overall business/credit profile
- Present credit approvals and declines to Business Development team within signing authority
- Negotiate complex deals with the Business Development team as necessary
- Review and follow-up for credit stipulations to ensure compliance with Crossroads’ policy
- Serve as the liaison between the Business Development Managers and Closing Team
- Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
- Work directly with customers and potential customers using excellent spoken and written English
- General administrative duties such as photocopies and scanning
- Interfaces with other departments and business partners
- Works independently, receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance.
- Partners with other staff within the organization to properly execute tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of experience in credit or credit administration
- High school diploma or GED; college degree with financial concentration is a plus
- Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Mandarin) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment and balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook
- Must be highly organized and able to accurately communicate across different departments.
