As a line cook at The Foundry, you will play a crucial role in crafting our guests' dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to order, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and meets our standards.
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure that all food is free from contaminants and foreign matter.
• Constantly pushing the boundaries of flavor and creativity.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house staff.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
