This entry-level position in Sales allows the successful candidate to learn the electrical wholesale business through experiencing every aspect of one of our locations. The counter sales position is the face of our business to customers that walk through our door. Your duty will be to help that customer find the products they need to complete their job. This is primarily a business to business environment, with a small amount of retail sales. We are seeking positive minded, helpful, hardworking, reliable, and detail oriented candidates.
Duties include but are not limited to:
§ Inside Sales
§ Customer Service
§ Developing Product Knowledge
§ Inventory Management
§ Process Improvement
§ Warehouse Operations
§ Purchasing
§ Digital Initiatives (Customer Portal Maintenance, Mobile App, etc.)
Qualities of a Successful Candidate:
§ Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
§ Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
§ Entrepreneurial minded
§ Desire to grow sales and maximize profitability
§ Comfortable in a warehouse setting
§ Strong leadership
Typical Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
