JOB SUMMARY:
The employee is responsible to maintain and service the bale wagon in productive and safe manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
include and are not limited to the following.
- Inspect bale wagons thoroughly: motor oil, hydraulic oil, water level, tire pressure, and diesel
- Repair bale wagons when a break down occurs
- Keep a service log after each service
- Perform an oil change every 300 hours
- Always perform spot checks on bale wagons
- Always keep the bale wagon shop clean
- Order motor and hydraulic oil as needed
- Supervise bale wagon operators at all times. Make sure following rules.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to walk and stand. The employee is also occasionally asked to sit, bend at the neck and the waist, squat, climb, twist, repetitive use of hands, and reaching above and below the shoulders.
- Must be able to sit for entire shift; up to eight hours
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat ranging from 80º to 105º and sunlight.
- Employee breathes fumes from bale wagon exhaust
- Placing hands in tight areas near engines
- The noise level in the work environment is loud
