Winterwood, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Trainer in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for educating new and existing employees on Winterwood’s policies and procedures. The Trainer will be hands-on and engaging to provide the skills employees can use to effectively perform daily tasks and meet set goals and deadlines.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours must be flexible. Travel in this role is required including some overnight stays. Overnight trips could be up to three days or more on occasion.

Requirements

  • High School Education or GED.
  • 2-5 years of Property Management Experience.
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google products, and remote desktop connectivity.
  • Affordable Housing Experience preferred.
  • Combination of Tax Credit, HUD and RD experience is a plus.
  • Experienced in presenting to large groups.
  • Proficient in effectively communicating both verbal and written.

Essential Functions

  • Set up classroom, on site as well as virtual training sessions.
  • Create, edit, and update or Learning Management System with course content and monitors employee progress.
  • Help monitor, fix or assign Help Desk tickets to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Responsible for the setup and conversion of properties in Onesite.
  • Help facilitate new product set up, implementation and training.
  • Work with each department to develop training curriculum and project-specific Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Create, edit and review standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a database with updates as needed.
  • Perform a variety of tasks in the IT and Training Department as needed.
