Corporate Trainer Job at Regency Management Services, LLC
The Corporate Trainer will shape and implement strategies that will help us develop and retain high-performing
sales associates and managers.
The Corporate Trainer responsibilities include designing content and employee training programs, building
succession plans and develop a sales workforce that aligns with our hiring needs and business objectives.
The Corporate Trainer must be a transformational leader with extensive experience in aligning innovative human capital
solutions with business strategy resulting in the long-term sustainable success of the organization. The Corporate Trainer will
provide strategic direction of the companies training, processes, and practices that help drive growth and maximize
achievement of short and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
Design and develop training content and deliver employee sales training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based
and management training)
Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for managers and employees
Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
Boost employee morale by implementing performance-based initiatives
Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs
Partner with HR, Retail VP’s, DM’s and Area Manager’s to review employee engagement metrics, like retention and
turnover rates
Provide team members with direction for leadership and development training initiatives for retail employees.
Partner with HR Director on Succession Plan for highly skilled managers and employees.
Travel to locations through-out Company assessing training and development of retail sales staff and managers.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Development or similar role
Previous retail experience preferred
Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs
Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages
Experience with performance management procedures
Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership abilities
Highly proficient in web technology
