Corporate Mid-Level Associate to join their vibrant office at 30 Rock! As their
New York office continues to grow, they are searching for an associate with 4-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisition and private equity.

- Managing a number of middle-market M&A and Private Equity transactions
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
- Managing deal teams throughout the transaction process
