Position Summary:
SUMMARY The Corporate IT Services Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of technical support including network administration, clinical applications, projects, software integration and Help Desk management. The position will manage on-premises technology, applications, cloud-based solutions, and platforms with a focus on high availability, reliability, integrity, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Provides effective communication to stakeholders on support related concerns, issues and solutions.
- Leads enhancements and technology and software upgrade initiatives for corporate office and regional operations centers. Requires system setup, configuration, and project support.
- Provides well rounded support by being familiar with networking and wireless technologies, system installation/configuration, security technologies, server and workstation management.
- Responsible for providing high level support of operating systems, applications, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the Data Analytics team to establish system connectivity and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Maintains systems infrastructure in support of core business functions.
- Provide oversight and management of the Corporate Help Desk in the Atlanta office.
- Develop policies and procedures for the Service Desk, along with providing reporting and analytics of key service metrics.
- Facilitates IT purchasing to support enterprise needs including quotes, tickets and signoff
- Responds to requests in a timely manner for technical support for staff in using applications, hardware and processes.
- Provide remote support for the Implementation Team during Super User/Provider Training Sessions and Go Live Events and oversee on call schedule
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology (IT) work experience required (MSP or system administrator experience highly preferred)
- MCSE, CCNA, Security + preferred.
- Ability to learn and master the tools, systems, and processes that EyeSouth utilizes.
- Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
- Team player that develops strong collaborative working relationships with internal partners and can effectively engage and ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
