The Youth and Teen Program Coordinator would be responsible for leading the every day leadership program in youth in government programs. This includes planning and facilitating Regional and State conferences, scheduling conference speakers and presenters, organizing and facilitating monthly committee meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with schools, teachers and students in both programs.
- Curriculum development for both programs.
- Teaching/Leading groups who need support coordinating potential expansion efforts for both programs.
- Working with youth coordinators to ensure program quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth required.
- Understanding of the Legislative and Judicial processes preferred.
- Must have high level of professionalism necessary for working with Judges, Justices, Attorneys, State Elected officials, Professors, and Teachers.
- Candidate must show competence within Microsoft Windows and Office Suite and an overall ability to learn new software programs.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification within 45 days of hire is required.
Schedule:
This is a full time position with hours Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm.
