We are a NEW Car-Themed BBQ/American restaurant in Old Town Temecula, where everyday is a car show!

We are looking for a competent Line Cook/ Prep to join our team. Must have a polite, friendly, and willing to learn attitude.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment

- Must have an experience in cooking

- Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time

- Strong attention to detail

- Food Handler Certification

- Must have an open availability schedule

Responsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

- Stock inventory appropriately

- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner

- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Schedule:

The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 12-10pm. ( Kitchen closes at 9pm) Your schedule would be determined upon current needs.
