Full Job Description
The Waba Grill, a Asian-inspired, healthy, quick-service restaurant is looking for team members.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to the following:
- Prepping ingredients for daily store usage (ie: cutting vegetables, preparing rice, etc.)
- Cooking proteins on commercial grill (chicken, beef, tofu, seafood)
- Maintaining accurate portion control to store's standards
- Maintaining proper food handling requirements
- Proficient with commercial grade grill, commercial grade rice cookers/ warmers and other cooking equipment
- Proficient with knives, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies
- Washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining back of house cleanliness
- Restocking when supplier delivery comes
- Must be able to adequately lift 30 lbs
