Stevens’ Food Services Department operates out of one spacious and well-maintained kitchen and dining room. The Cook is part of a small, experienced team within a supportive work environment.
Stevens is seeking a responsible and hard-working individual to fulfill the role of full time Cook. The Cook follows written menus and recipes to prepare meals for the youth served. The Cook also ensures safety and cleanliness within the kitchen. This is an ideal position for a motivated individual looking to start or continue a career in food services.
Schedule:
- Includes working a 40-hour work week including alternating weekends
- Overtime hours available for covering staff vacation time, as well as emergency coverage
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Experience in food service a plus
- Willingness to become certified in Food Safety and Sanitation
Payrate: $18.00 (hourly)
