Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work
• Performs all tasks safely and follows all safety procedures without fail.
• Follow all safety and company policies and procedures including maintaining good housekeeping, reporting any issues, accidents or incidents immediately; must complete online safety training each month as assigned.
• Follow all quality and operating requirements.
• Utilize Kiwi and other systems to ensure information is documented and instructions and line-ups are followed.
• Read and follow instructions such as production order requirements, CAD drawing, print cards, factory specifications.
• Perform all set up tasks within the allotted time resulting in machine operating at target speeds, uptime, waste and quality parameters.
• Operate the equipment as per the OEM and Company requirements including but not limited to operating parameters, speed, uptime, quality and general workmanship.
• Lead crew members to optimally perform all tasks, including but not limited to housekeeping, preventative maintenance, cleanup, machine operation, troubleshooting, timely setup.
• Train team members to operate and assist.
• Ability to perform color matched and proofread copy.
• Able to apply basic math to ensure product is manufactured to specifications.
• Complete accurate, timely and through reporting and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
