Converting Production Team Member - 2nd Shift Part-Time Job at Badger Solutions, LLC
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work
- Performs all tasks safely and follows all safety procedures without fail.
- Follow all safety and company policies and procedures including maintaining good housekeeping, reporting any issues, accidents or incidents immediately; must complete online safety training each month as assigned.
- Follow all quality and operating requirements.
- Utilize Kiwi and other systems to ensure information is documented and instructions and line-ups are followed.
- Read and follow instructions such as production order requirements, CAD drawing, print cards, factory specifications.
- Perform all set up tasks within the allotted time resulting in machine operating at target speeds, uptime, waste and quality parameters.
- Operate the equipment as per the OEM and Company requirements including but not limited to operating parameters, speed, uptime, quality and general workmanship.
- Lead crew members to optimally perform all tasks, including but not limited to housekeeping, preventative maintenance, cleanup, machine operation, troubleshooting, timely setup.
- Train team members to operate and assist.
- Ability to perform color matched and proofread copy.
- Able to apply basic math to ensure product is manufactured to specifications.
- Complete accurate, timely and through reporting and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
