Haptik’s Hybrid Work Model:
Haptik plans to operate in a hybrid work-model where our employees will have the flexibility to Work-from-Home (WFH) for up to 3 out of 5 working days every week.
In addition to Mumbai where we already have an office, places like Bangalore, Delhi/NCR and Pune will also have an office space soon in 2022 as many of our current employees are also based in these cities.

What will you do every day?
Understand business requirements and craft conversational dialogue flows aimed at solving end user queries and delivering value to our customers
Ability to synthesize multiple perspectives (Clients, Developers, Program Managers) and create clear, compelling conversational journeys
Proactively identify impediments and provide resolutions during the Design and Ideation phases of a project
Be an expert user of the Haptik platform to create virtual assistants in accordance with business requirements and bring ideas into reality.
Consult or walkthrough clients on design solutions for their virtual assistance requirements
Help drive innovation and continuous improvement in bot quality and related business processes.
Help the delivery team scale up by identifying opportunities to reuse solutions and improve automation
Provide feedback to the product team regarding improvement/changes to the Haptik Platform
Requirements*
Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Design, UX or Writing preferred)
Basic understanding of how chatbots are designed. Brownie points for experience on other chatbot applications!
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in spoken and written English along with editing and proof-reading skills (word choice, grammar, and style)
Should be able to display critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
Should have a creative outlook and a keen eye for detail
Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
Fluency in other languages apart from English is a bonus
A clear understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a bonus
Demonstrates initiative, a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to derive insights from data and build an actionable strategy based on analysis
Passion about conversational AI (especially virtual assistants) a must.
This role provides you access to the Personally Identifiable Information or Protected health information for which you will be abide to follow secure data handling practices to safeguard and protect such data.
