· Manage an operating budget of $20-30M
· Provide direct supervision of Accounting Department staff; assist in the hiring of required staff
· Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
· Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, budget and actual expenditures
· Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all Chapels, adhering to national and local legal standards while remaining knowledgeable of proposed legislation
· Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and program monitoring; report status to Board of Directors monthly, quarterly and annually
· Assist management with financial decisions; monitor financial status of the company to maximize gains and reduce loss
· Manage 13 bank accounts and 2 credit cards
· Complete approximately 100 transactions per month
Prepare financial documents (business reports, financial forecasts, and other statements of status the financial state of business)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
