Contracts Clerk/Biller Job at Courtesy Chevrolet - San Diego
Courtesy Chevrolet Center located in Mission Valley has an immediate opening for an experienced automotive contract's clerk/biller.
Responsibilities:
- This position involves all aspects of automotive contract accounting including posting deals, CIT and schedule management with other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to 10-key
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one-year automotive contract's clerk/biller required.
- CDK DMS experience preferred.
