QinetiQ Inc. is seeking a full time, Contracts Assistant to support our C5ISR contracts team at our Headquartes office in Lorton, VA.
Your Contribution to the Mission:
Complete contract templates using Microsoft Office and maintain templates in SharePoint / Contracts Drive
Create and maintain Contract Tracker spreadsheets for Teaming Agreements (TAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Professional Service Agreements (PSAs), Subcontracts and Task Orders)
Assist Contract Administrators Contracts Awith preparation of NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts, Subcontract Task Orders, Modifications and other contract documentation for contract kick off meetings
Manage the contract management tools and create Active Contract Report twice a month
Manage Contract Closeout process to include Releases
Manage New Vendor process and coordinate with finance for system activation
Update and track tasks in the Contracts Tracker and prepare weekly reports
Assist with Project Set Up process and saving folders in SharePoint / Contracts Drive
Organize and maintain the PM Prime/Subcontractor Report from the Active Contracts List
Assist with creating and implementing process improvements for the Contracts Standard Instructions
Assist and participate in company annual ISO and CMMI certifications
Provide support to the contracts team and other corporate organizations to ensure compliance with Company Policy, Procedures and controls
Assist with modifications to GSA schedules
Assist Contracts team with other contract administrative tasks
To Land This Job, You Need:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent administrative experience
1 year minimum administrative contract experience
Desired Skills
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory)
Strong professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate a knowledge of contract terms and conditions
Experience in processing and managing contracts and subcontracts actions as assigned in a complex, federal government setting
Organized with excellent follow up skills, ability to think creatively, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal/external clients
