Targa Resources is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst for their office located in Tulsa, OK.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare agreements, amendments, terminations, and contractual notices as appropriate
- Work closely with Legal Department and Commercial Representatives and Accounting Department
- Notify Commercial Reps of upcoming critical dates in the agreements
- Process name changes and assignments of agreements related to contracting parties in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma
- Meet monthly deadline to provide Plant Accounting contract, amendment, and assignment details to ensure proper and timely settlement
- Log and track documents until completion
- Prepare OEL contract brief for updating system
- Prepare documentation authorizing Counterparty setup in various systems
- Filing and scanning documents timely
- Update contracting system upon receipt of executed documents
- Work with appropriate groups to ensure setups in various systems reflect the contract, amendment and/or new party due to an assignment
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Senior contract analyst in midstream energy sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented, focused, and thorough with excellent organizational skills
- Results driven, takes initiative, accountable and responsible, can work independently and within/across teams
- Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with different levels AND remain calm in high pressure situations
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have an aptitude with various systems including the ability to easily learn new software
- Regular and reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience with Waterfield Energy Software and with QCM-Quorum Software
- 1-4 years of experience working with gas supply and gas processing contracts in the midstream energy sector
