Concert Technologies, a leader in the Technology Deployment industry, is currently looking for candidates to fill our Contracts Administrative Assistant position.

The Contracts Administrative Assistant supports the objectives and goals of the business by supporting the Director with day-to-day departmental demands, including (but not limited to):

· Performing first-line review of certain contract documents to ascertain suitability/acceptability to Concert.

· Assisting in crafting contract language for new templates or amendments to existing contracts.

· Applying prescribed redlines and assisting with terms negotiation.

· Attending required meetings and taking notes.

· Assisting in the development of formal proposals in response to RFP processes.

· Maintaining departmental files.

· Assisting with departmental calls and calendar management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Directly assists Director of Contracts in the review, redlining, negotiation, execution, and filing of contract documents.

· Develops contract documents/templates upon request (i.e., amendments and addendums to existing contracts, etc.).

· Audits existing contracts for specified information and catalogs findings / maintains information.

· Responsible for the maintenance of all departmental files.

· Acts as front-line contact for incoming communications to the department; must be able to receive, review, answer, and otherwise manage incoming communications.

· Assists in managing the Director’s schedule (manages incoming inquiries, sets meetings, etc.).

· Maintains required company information on third-party platforms, including regular re-submissions and updates.

· Maintains company trademarks with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).

· Assists in the development of commercial and federal proposals in response to formal RFP process.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Eligible to work in the US.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

o Associate's Degree preferred.

o Contract management-related credentials and organizational membership a major plus (i.e., CPCM, CFCM, etc.).

o Experience working with contracts, or law office experience a plus.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Experience interpreting and crafting, and a strong understanding of contract language.

· Experience with and understanding of redlining process and etiquette.

· Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

· Experience managing inter and intra-office communications and schedules.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing capabilities.

· Strong computer literacy, including mastery of Word, Excel, Adobe, and e-Sign platforms; SalesForce experience a plus.
