This is a 1 to 2 year assignment.
Additional representative responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Build relationships with hiring managers, and collaborate with them on recruitment strategy
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for open and upcoming positions
- Assess applicant/candidate quality, technical capabilities and cultural fit to best fit open positions
- Screen / interview and make recommendations for hire
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Familiar with recruiting trends and best practices
- Provide metrics / reports on recruitment activity as needed
- Up to 15% travel (domestic).
- Bachelors’ Degree in HR or a related field OR relevant experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience as a full life cycle recruiter in a high-volume, fast paced environment in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry.
- Experience sourcing/pipelining and screening top-tier candidates, interviewing candidates (including conducting behavioral interviews), developing and extending offers.
- High level of relationship management, negotiation skills, attention to detail and thorough follow-up.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organization and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
