Alcom, LLC is looking to add a seasoned Project Manager professional to our fast-growing team. You will report to the VP of Manufacturing and partner closely with the Plant Manager and functional teams to drive critical improvement opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze company processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Develop process enhancement strategies with robust project plans.
• Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Establish and communicate standards of company performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members in your relentless pursuit of improvement.
• Stays current with developments in management and process optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, project management, or operations.
• A graduate degree in business or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
• Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Vocal leader who can build relationships and clout quickly across multiple audiences.
• A strategic and analytical mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
• Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
